The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

JACK DAVIES, 29, of Allington Lane, Fair Oak pleaded guilty to drink driving a Harley Davidson on Satchell Lane. He was found to have 113 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He also admitted to driving without insurance. Davies was banned from driving for 18 months and received a £1,500 fine. He must pay £1,420 court costs and a £600 surcharge. 

DENIS SALI, 32, of Cedar Road, Southampton admitted to driving while unfit through drugs on Kathleen Road, Southampton. He was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £500. Sali must also pay £85 court costs. 

DELL WATTS, 46, of Blackfield Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. Watts received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £85 court costs plus a £26 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

ALAN CASS, 48, of Manning Close, Eastleigh admitted two counts of criminal damage relating to two Ford Puma's. He was jailed for two months and must pay £200 compensation. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of a sledgehammer. He was given a five-year restraining order banning him from contacting his victims for the next five years. 

CHERYL WEAVERS, 34, of no fixed abode admitted to theft from a shop after £189.50 worth of food and laundry items were stolen from Co-Op in Netley Abbey. She received a 12-month conditional discharge. 

CHARLIE BENNETT, 27, of Welland Green, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a mobile phone. Bennett was fined £80.

MICHELLE DANDO, 37, of International Way, Southampton admitted theft from a shop after £99.55 worth of meat was stolen from Tesco Express. She also pleaded guilty to obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty. Dando was ordered to pay £50 court costs.
