A luxury jewellery business has opened a Rolex showroom in its Southampton store.
Family-owned Laings in Westquay recently welcomed the new addition to its premises.
The 200msq showroom offers ‘professional expertise in an elegant setting’, one the company says promotes a ‘sense of harmony, discretion and intimacy’ with the brand.
A Rolex-trained watchmaker will arrive at the store in the coming months and will be equipped to offer a comprehensive range of services and adjustments on site.
According to Laings, this addition is a unique concept offered by the company.

Stuart McDowell, managing director of Laings, said: “This enhancement is significant for Laings.
“We are very proud to be expanding the Rolex presence in Southampton, upholding the highest standards of quality and service that are integral to both the brand and to our own business.
“It marks another step forward in Laings’ continued commitment to the skills and intricacies of watchmaking and to offering unparalleled, luxury experiences to our clients.”
The showroom will have two private VIP areas hosted within a travertine decorated reception space, illuminated by a large blown glass chandelier.
The newest addition is part of Laings wider £10million investment in expansion throughout the UK.
The company moved into larger premises in Westquay at the end of last year as part of the revamp.
